Julian Serrat (Sahr Ngaujah) is the mayor of the community living on the exotic island where the crew of the USS Colorado seek refuge.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
Captain[]
Julian visits Sophie Girard at the NATO early warning station, trying to curry her favor with gifts.
The island is stormed by the crew of renegade American submarine USS Colorado. A navy SEAL, James King, starts to drink heavily in Tani Tumrenjak's bar. Mayor Serrat approaches King about the sudden invasion but King intimidates him into leaving.
Captain Marcus Chaplin records a video message declaring the island his territory and threatening to attack anyone who violates a 200 mile perimeter around it. As Chaplin addresses the world Mayor Serrat kidnaps two of his crew; Seamen Pilar Cortez and Josh Brannan.[1]
Blue on Blue[]
A team of Russian speznatz lands on the island in an attempt to claim the sub. The Colorado crew fight them off but a young boy is killed in the crossfire.[2]
